Cancellation Policy

• If a booking is cancelled 18 days before the check-in date, guests will receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 18 and 10 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the check-in date will not be refunded.
• A nominal fee equivalent to payment gateway fees (2-4%) is charged for processing the refund. Refunds in travel credits have no processing fee.
• Please note that cancellation is not allowed for peak dates, including Independence Day (15th Aug), Diwali (28 th Oct to 8 th Nov 2024)Christmas and New Year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan), and Republic Day (26th Jan)
• If the guest has made a partial payment, they are not entitled to any refund.
